Marketing communications

Research into marketing and corporate communications forms a major part of EPR’s work including websites, social media, leaflets, advertising, trade press and in-house magazines.

In addition, we have worked extensively on assisting clients to develop and improve their communications with customers, not only in terms of customer satisfaction but also in providing input at the design stage.

Part of this involves segmentation ie understanding how the customer base is made up and developing tailored solutions for each customer segment.  This provides a much more cost effective approach than blanket marketing and ensures that the material is relevant and useful to each group.
