Enterprise Planning & Research Ltd (EPR) is committed to protecting your privacy both when you respond to a survey and when visiting our website (www.epr-uk.com).
We use personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other laws or regulations currently in force in the United Kingdom. EPR is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998. EPR is a Company Partner of the Market Research Society and works to the MRS Code of Conduct.
We may request personal information during the course of a survey eg age, sex, occupation, etc. Such information is treated in complete confidence; results are provided to clients only in the form of aggregated responses. No individual details are passed on unless with the specific permission of that individual. EPR does not share information with third parties unless legally required to do so or where disclosure is necessary eg in the event of you winning a prize draw.
EPR does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 without their parent's consent. If we discover that a child under the age of 16 has supplied personal information to EPR via the website without their parent's consent, that information will be deleted from our system.
