NewsApril 2008EPR has recently completed a study of zero carbon homes for the NHBC Foundation. The report, ‘Zero Carbon: what does it mean to homeowners and housebuilders?’ was launched at the National Portrait Gallery on 2nd April 2008. November 2007Following the research into craft building skills in Wales (see below) EPR is now conducting a similar study across Ireland for a consortium including CITB Northern Ireland and the Office of Public Works in the Republic of Ireland. July 2007The study of heritage craft building skills in Wales, undertaken by EPR for a consortium comprising the National Heritage Training Group, ConstructionSkills and Cadw, was launched at the Royal Welsh Show, 23rd to 26th July 2007. ‘Assessing the Need, Meeting the Challenge’ was designed to quantify the demand for traditional craft skills such as lime plastering, and also to review the supply side and training requirements.
