History
EPR was founded some 20 years ago and rapidly established a reputation for high quality work, excellent service and the ability to deal with difficult projects. With expertise in both consumer and B2B research, EPR was often commissioned to undertake projects where both businesses and consumers were included. And at a time when agencies tended to split into qualitative and quantitative sections, EPR offered a total approach to research which has continued to this day.
The company is owned by two working directors, Vicki Harvey and Marilyn Duffy, who are fully involved in all projects. The personal service provided has resulted in long term relationships with a number of clients. And our philosophy has always been to provide our services from our own resources, rather than relying on third parties. We have a fieldforce across Britain of over 400, a team of experienced B2B consultants and an in-house telephone unit. Unlike many smaller agencies, data processing is undertaken in-house.
Over the years, EPR has worked across a range of sectors but now tends to specialise in environment, energy, building, utilities, heritage and other sectors linked with sustainability. Online research is a key part of the company's service offer and we have recently launched our new MysteryWeb service.
We are lucky to be based in the village of Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, two minutes from Junction 5 of the M40, with easy access to London, the midlands and other parts of the country.
