We have our own fieldforce, telephone unit and in-house data processing facilities; this approach is both cost effective and ensures the highest standards.
Our online research service includes MysteryWeb, which measures visitor satisfaction with a website and benchmarks this against competitors and “best in class” sites. This is especially useful for transactional websites eg in the retail and financial sectors, but can be applied to almost any sector.
How we work
